1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your access to and use of the software, services, and websites provided by baston.tools (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Purpose & Disclaimer of Affiliation

Our Software is developed independently and has no affiliation, endorsement, or association with Valve Corporation, Steam, Counter-Strike, or any other third-party publisher or platform. The Software does not use, copy, or incorporate any proprietary code or assets from third parties.

The Software is intended strictly for offline, testing, educational, and personal use in controlled environments. It is not designed, recommended, or authorized for use on competitive servers, ranked matches, or environments protected by anti-cheat systems. Any such use is at the sole risk and responsibility of the user.

3. User Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for how you choose to use the Software.
  • We explicitly prohibit use in official, ranked, or anti-cheat protected servers.
  • We are not liable for bans, suspensions, account losses, financial losses, or damages caused by misuse.
  • By using the Software, you agree that you are solely accountable for any consequences arising from your actions.

4. Definitions

  • Software: any application, tool, client, script, or digital content we make available.
  • License: the limited, revocable right to use the Software according to these Terms.
  • Account: your registered profile used to access purchases and downloads.
  • Subscription: a time-based license that may auto-renew unless canceled.

5. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be legally capable to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, policy violations, or non-payment.

6. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your personal use or as otherwise specified at purchase. You may not, and will not allow others to:

  • sell, share, or transfer your personal account or direct access to the Software;
  • resell licenses or products outside of the official reseller system;
  • engage in scams, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the reseller system;
  • circumvent our protection measures or distribute modified versions of the Software;
  • use the Software in violation of applicable laws, third-party terms, or platform rules;
  • use the Software to gain unfair advantage in competitive or anti-cheat protected environments;
  • interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of our services.

7. Payments & Taxes

  • Payments are currently accepted primarily through cryptocurrencies. Additional payment methods, such as credit cards, may be offered in the future.
  • Prices are displayed before any applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.
  • Access is granted on a pay-per-use or lifetime basis, depending on the product purchased. There is no automatic renewal of access.
  • All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • Fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, or chargebacks (where applicable) may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

8. Delivery & Activation

  • After successful payment, downloads and/or license keys are made available in your account.
  • We may implement hardware- or account-bound activation to prevent unauthorized use.
  • If activation fails, contact support with proof of purchase so we can assist you.

9. Updates, Availability & Discontinuation

  • We may provide updates, patches, or new versions at our discretion. Features can change over time.
  • We reserve the right to pause updates, limit functionality, or discontinue the Software or any feature at any time, for any reason.
  • Service availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party platforms, rule changes, or technical constraints.
  • We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with any specific operating system, hardware, or third-party service.

10. Third-Party Platforms & Policies

The Software may interact with third-party platforms or services. Their policies or technical measures may affect functionality, access, or performance. You must comply with all third-party terms, and we are not responsible for those services.

11. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for how you use the Software. Do not use it to violate laws, infringe rights, harm others, or breach third-party terms. We may investigate misuse and cooperate with lawful requests.

12. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, documentation, logos, and content, including all intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

13. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate licenses or accounts immediately for breach of these Terms or suspected abuse.
  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease and you must stop using the Software.

14. Disclaimers

  • The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • The Software is not guaranteed to remain functional on third-party platforms. Publishers may implement changes or protective measures that affect it.
  • Undetectability or permanent functionality cannot be guaranteed; risks are inherent in use.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to bans, account suspensions, lost profits, lost data, or goodwill. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid to us for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless baston.tools, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Software or breach of these Terms.

17. Export, Sanctions & Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any country or party subject to embargoes or sanctions. You will comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
